Tumugi, just by the Enoden tracks on Yuigahama Dori is a great place to go for a few drinks or a delicious Japanese meal. The building is 3 floors, and has a very charming Japonesque interior. The first floor contains a small counter bar at the front that sits 6 or 7 guests. A lot of locals hang out here, so it can be fun to sit here if you want to try conversing with the staff and customers. They serve many types of alcohol, but if you are looking for something refreshing, try the Yuzu Sour. This tart citrus cocktail goes down easy and goes well with many of the side dishes on offer.
The second floor is set up as a series of living rooms, where friends can gather and dine. There are spaces large enough for 10, as well as more intimate rooms for 2 or 3. The menu changes with the season, but there are always lots of tasty sashimi, tofu, and vegetable dishes to choose from.
The third floor is a gallery space that can be rented out for parties and private functions.
There is no English menu at the moment, but hopefully this will be remedied soon.
